1.  Sponsorships

Non-Refundable Policy:
Donations and sponsorships made to us are considered voluntary contributions to support our initiatives, events, and activities. As such, they are non-refundable once processed.

Exceptional Circumstances:
Refund requests may be considered in exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments or errors in the transaction. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund:
If you believe a refund is warranted due to an exceptional circumstance, please contact us at atmavani2005@gmail.com with the details of your transaction, including proof of payment.

2. Event Fees and Registrations

Cancellation by us:
If we cancel an event for any reason, we will provide a full refund of any registration or participation fees paid. Alte atively, participants may choose to apply the fee toward a future event organized by us.

Cancellation by Participants:
If a participant cancels their registration:
More than 15 days before the event: A full refund will be provided, minus any processing fees.
Between 7 to 15 days before the event: A 50% refund will be provided, minus any processing fees.
Less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be provided.

How to Request a Refund for Event Fees:
To request a refund for event fees, please email atmavani2005@gmail.com with your registration details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after approval.

3. Timeline for Refund Processing

Refunds, once approved, will be credited within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
